Expert Account Manager for Golf and Sports Turf Equipment Solutions

As a key account manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering expert support and tailored machinery solutions to golf courses, sports turf professionals, and government operations. Your role will involve understanding their unique needs and recommending cutting-edge equipment that drives performance and efficiency.
About the Role- Represent the company for the sale of equipment and solutions.
- Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all Agricultural, Golf and Sports Turf equipment.
- Provide product expertise and support.
- Participate in Sales Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
- Maintain all customer information for sales management using Sales systems and tools.
- Know and follow a defined sales process accurately and in an appropriately timely manner.
- Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
- Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers.
- Attend applicable sales training events / seminars.
- May maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate used equipment.
- Follow up each sale with optimization of equipment with Service Specialist and an ongoing basis for maximum customer satisfaction and future opportunities.
- Have 3+ years equipment sales experience.
- Have knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and turf operational practices preferred.
- Be able to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Be able to work flexible hours.
- Have excellent customer relationship skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
