Job Overview

The Baker is responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves following established recipes, production methods, and food safety protocols to consistently meet productivity standards.

  • Ensures precise execution of proprietary recipes and cake production techniques to achieve productivity goals.
  • Effectively utilizes measuring equipment, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
  • Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, places cake pans in the oven, and monitors the baking process.
  • Maintains proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked goods, adhering to product rotation standards, and updates baking and refrigeration logs.
  • Assists in developing a cake production plan, tracks inventory of baking supplies, and notifies management when replenishment is required.
  • Monitors raw ingredients and baked goods to ensure quality standards are met, reporting any quality control issues to management.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstations, ensuring all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
  • Adheres to health and safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in using measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other bakery equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains attention to detail in executing recipes, monitoring baking processes, and tracking inventory.

Work Environment
