• You will be responsible for meticulously following our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods, ensuring precision and productivity in every cake.
• Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixers, and pastry bags with finesse to frost cakes to perfection.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and deliver high-quality frosted cakes to walk-in guests promptly.
• Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the display case and maintain optimal frosting and frosted cake par levels.
• Adhere strictly to packaging, labeling, and storage guidelines for frosted cakes and maintain accurate logs.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes against NbC standards and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Maintain a spotless workstation, restock supplies, wash equipment, and adhere to strict health and safety protocols.

To excel in this position, you must possess:

• A strong ability to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
• The capacity to perform repetitious tasks requiring precise movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
• The physical capability to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, discipline, and self-motivation to operate independently with minimal supervision.
