About the Role:

  • Assist with the design, costing, and organizing of function packages to meet client expectations.">
  • Establish and maintain a customer database to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.">
  • Making sales calls, following-up, and securing sales in a timely manner to drive revenue growth.">
  • Coordinate function sales initiatives to achieve targets and increase brand awareness.">
  • Prepare quotes on time to ensure efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.">
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality events that exceed client expectations.">
  • Update and maintain promotional materials, including online platforms, to promote the hotel's services and offerings.">
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.">
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.">

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.">
  • Prior experience in functions sales leadership, with the ability to develop people and drive business growth.">
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets, and deliver projects on time.">
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage inbound enquiries for functions on a multi-site basis.">
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.">
  • Familiarity with Function Management Systems and the ability to maintain a comprehensive client database.">
