Senior Civil Project Leader

We are seeking a senior leader to drive business growth through strategic marketing, client engagement, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery from concept design through to construction, ensuring technical excellence
  • Play a key role in business development and client engagement, including maintaining and expanding existing relationships
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years' relevant project experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Civil Engineering)
  • CPEng/NER accreditation
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and projects
