Leadership Opportunity: A career-building role for a civil engineer ready to take on leadership responsibilities while staying hands-on with major projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to support and guide a team of civil engineers, design managers, and project managers working directly with contractors on live projects. You will have the chance to jump in and guide strategy, have significant commercial exposure, and work on transport bids.

  • Support the Civil Lead in day-to-day leadership of a high-performing team.
  • Oversee engineers, design managers, and project managers working directly with contractors on live projects.
  • Provide technical input, quality oversight, and mentoring to junior staff.
  • Act as a key liaison between the consultancy, contractors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in civil engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • A strong background in civil infrastructure
  • TfNSW exposure
  • Excellent communication skills
