About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Winson Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our customer-centric strategy and ensuring that every interaction our customers have with our company is positive, seamless, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage our national Customer Care Teams and Contact Centre.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and projects.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer experience skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, marketing, customer experience, or a related field.
  • Strong creativity, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer experience best practices, trends, and technologies.
