The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Operations Specialist to join our team at our Mornington Depot. The successful candidate will assist with the construction and maintenance of overhead electrical networks by safely operating associated plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing support and operation assistance to electrical line workers
  • Completing risk assessments and safety analysis prior to commencing work at each site
  • Supporting various crews in upgrading and maintaining the network safely
  • Meeting customer requirements by completing tasks within required time frames

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within the construction industry and possess:

  • A valid HR Driver's Licence with HC (Heavy Combination) licence
  • A current Work Safe Licence To Perform High Risk Work with C2 Endorsement
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical legislation, codes and standards of practice
