About the Opportunity
">As a Key Market Leader, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy across a portfolio of premium spirits in the ANZ region.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Manage Key Distributor Partnerships: Own and influence key distributor partnerships, including JBP, pricing, trade spend, and execution.
- Represent the Brand: Represent the brand in key customer, trade, and industry engagements across the region.
- Deliver Local Activation: Deliver local activation of global brand campaigns across both on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Provide Market Insights: Provide market insights to regional stakeholders and contribute to broader APAC planning.
- Ensure Brand Alignment: Ensure all activity aligns with brand positioning and long-term equity goals.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in premium or luxury alcohol, with a commercial mindset, brand sensitivity, and maturity to operate as a sole market lead.
">Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: Some experience in premium or prestige beverage/alcohol roles.
- Distributor Management: Proven success in managing external distributors and navigating joint business planning.
- Trade Dynamics: Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise trade dynamics.
- Brand-led Mindset: Brand-led mindset with commercial sharpness and autonomy.
- Operational Maturity: Comfortable operating independently and influencing regionally.
- Cross-Border Exposure: Ideally, exposure to cross-border or trans-regional business environments.
- Global Representation: Able to represent a global brand with credibility, precision, and strategic thinking.
