About Our Field Service Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a field-based role.

As a Diesel Mechanic/Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on various equipment.

This includes working on excavators, dozers, graders, woodchippers, skid steer loaders, vacuum units, and other OEM products.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring prompt delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on various equipment
  • Working on complex machinery including excavators, dozers, graders, woodchippers, skid steer loaders, vacuum units, and other OEM products
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring prompt delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Holding a Mechanical Trade Certificate is essential for this role
  • You must have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Prior experience in engine overhauls and major repairs, including electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills is highly valued
  • A current and valid driver's license is required for this position
  • Demonstrating strong customer service focus and dedication to work is crucial
  • Possessing a mature attitude and logical, methodical approach to work is necessary for success in this role
