Process Improvement Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to support the facilitation and definition of problems to solve, apply improvement toolkits in collaboration with clients, and have experience in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design.
This role requires a collaborative, pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in facilitating workshops and meetings to define and understand problems to solve.
- Support the application of improvement toolkits and methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to co-design solutions.
- Conduct Business Process Mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Operating Models and Service Design strategies.
Requirements:
- Process Mapping Expertise: Experience in one or more of the following: Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to support the application of improvement toolkits effectively.
- Problem Solving Abilities: Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution implementation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative Mindset: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
