Corporate Lawyer for Biopharmaceutical Firm

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Corporate Lawyer to lead our legal team in a biopharmaceutical company.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working at an Associate / Junior Counsel level in a law firm or a similar position in a health-related industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating corporate objectives and supporting strategy, reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, overseeing compliance and manage risk including disputes and cross border litigation, managing and maintaining the company's intellectual property portfolio, and working closely with the business to identify opportunities.

The role requires strong proficiency in contract law, flexibility in scope of work across multiple countries and time zones, and preferable experience or knowledge with European and USA laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate corporate objectives and support strategy
  • Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Oversee compliance and manage risk
  • Manage and maintain companies' intellectual property portfolio

Requirements:

  • Experience working at an Associate / Junior Counsel level in a law firm or a similar position in a health-related industry
  • Strong proficiency in contract law
  • Flexible approach to scope of work across multiple countries and time zones
  • Preferable experience or knowledge with European and USA laws
