Perigon Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their global tax function. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone to shape the tax strategy and compliance across multiple regions, covering corporate, indirect, and withholding taxes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing and intercompany funding strategies aligned with global standards.
  • Advise on tax implications for new markets, product launches, and cross-border transactions.
  • Maintain a strong tax governance framework to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Requirements
  • Experienced corporate tax professional, ideally with a chartered background (Big 4 or large mid-tier).
  • Background working in a high growth or established organisation, with exposure to international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international corporate tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax.
