Senior Finance Tax Leader

Are you a seasoned finance professional with expertise in transfer pricing looking to take on a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Tax Leader to join our team and lead our global strategy across 60 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and execute a comprehensive group-wide tax strategy, incorporating Brambles' transfer pricing policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with OECD requirements and Australian tax law.
  • Maintain operational transfer pricing, including inter-company charging of IP, management charges, and other services.

Requirements:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Tax, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Be CA/CPA/CMA qualified or hold equivalent certification.
  • Possess significant experience in complex transfer pricing within a multinational corporation.
  • Have a strong foundation in tax, including detailed knowledge of OECD transfer pricing requirements, tax accounting, and Australian tax law (direct and indirect).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience with APAC tax rules, M&A, share/asset divestments, reorganizations, outbound/inbound related party transactions, transfer pricing, audit defense, tax opportunity & risk management, corporate governance & fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Able to collaborate, influence, and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and critical analysis skills, providing scenarios for different problems.

Work Environment:

  • Based at our head office in Sydney CBD.
  • Reports directly to the Group Vice President Tax (based in London).
