Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in Global Mobility Services.

The successful candidate will provide expert tax advisory and compliance services to clients with cross-border tax considerations, focusing on Australian and US tax matters. They will work closely with high-net-worth clients, family offices, multinational organisations and privately owned businesses across a range of industries, helping them navigate the intricate requirements of Australian and US tax legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to clients with cross-border tax considerations, focusing on Australian and US tax matters (US Tax experience is mandatory).
  • Assist clients in navigating complex cross-border tax issues, including identifying Australian tax residency considerations and their implications for personal and business tax matters.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Australian and US tax legislation and regulations in cross-border contexts to provide tailored, compliant solutions.
  • Ensure accurate, complete and reliable tax forms and schedules are submitted to tax authorities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, providing actionable insights and solutions.
  • Support team leads in delivering US and Australian tax services for clients operating in multiple jurisdictions, including expatriates and multinational organisations.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant tax regulations and provide timely guidance to clients on legislative changes impacting cross-border taxation.
