Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Northern Territory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and leadership of our marine and bus operations, sales and marketing, fleet maintenance, people leadership, financial management, strategy and business growth, risk and safety management, and customer and corporate support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leadership and management, with experience in negotiating and managing partnership agreements. They will also possess high-level interpersonal skills, experience in managing a commercial business, strong financial management experience, and strong negotiation skills.
The General Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
