You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, brokering local, regional, and territory sector, community, and government collaborations and partnerships to advance our strategic and revenue generation objectives. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement, collaboration, resource planning, and prioritization will be essential in driving our community programs forward.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough knowledge of solution-focused customer service practices, and well-developed cultural competence skills. You will also have a strong understanding of community resilience, preparedness, and recovery program models, as well as the ability to research, assimilate, and analyze complex information to optimize business approaches and models.
You will be a strategic thinker, able to use a data-driven approach to monitor performance, identify issues, and develop and implement corrective actions. Your ability to lead teams in continuous improvement and your proven track record as an effective leader will be essential in driving our community programs forward.
