Trade Counter Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Trade Counter team in Traralgon. As a Trade Counter Team Member, you will play a key role in helping engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertake pick, packing, and stock control activities
  • Help keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
