About Our Trade Counter Assistant Role

We are a leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with over 10,000 people located in 900+ branches globally. For over 100 years, we've supported the trade with specialist irrigation supplies and services for large commercial spaces, sporting fields, residential backyards, and everything in between.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product information to clients.
  • Offer quotes both in person and over the phone.
  • Undertake picking, packing, and stock control activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Work as part of the Trade Counter team in Pakenham.
  • Help landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain their outdoor spaces.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Is proficient in using computers and willing to learn new systems.
  • Possesses a clean, valid driver's license and is open to working varied shifts.
