Key Responsibilities

  • Process front counter and over the phone customer transactions and enquiries using various computer systems.
  • Liaise across all departments to refer customer services enquiries onto relevant personnel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow direction and procedures, while showing initiative.

Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills with high levels of data entry accuracy and speed.

High resilience level and ability to work well under pressure.
