The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of retail banking products, cost/revenue drivers, and financial performance levers. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have advanced financial modelling skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills are essential for this role.

The Strategic Planning Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading the annual strategy, business planning, and budgeting process
  • Overseeing monthly forecasting for Retail, covering income, expenses, and customer metrics
  • Monitoring performance, providing analysis, ad hoc reporting, and insights to support Retail in meeting targets and KPIs
  • Collaborating with Tribes on business cases, strategic initiatives, and change investment prioritisation
  • Leading strategy presentations, input into business reviews, and supporting Retail Bank management

If you have a degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance, and 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Development, or Business Management in financial services, we encourage you to apply.
