Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality projects to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Provide analytical support to manufacturing teams as required.
  • Compile and present data analysis to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Prioritize tasks in line with project objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Familiarize yourself with organizational policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Support other departments as required by your line manager.
  • Verify that all work is compliant with organizational quality management systems.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Communicate progress updates to Line Managers and team members.
  • Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure that all team activities comply with AU Health & Safety legislation and organizational policies.
  • Attend team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and participate in relevant training as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on organizational policies, procedures, and legislative requirements impacting your role.
  • Promote the organization through various means to maintain a positive image.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding organizational dealings, transactions, and client information.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the organization's aims and objectives, as well as its Equal Opportunities policy.
