Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead our team in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual who wants to continue their career in the FMCG/Manufacturing world. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring Quality Assurance objectives and activities, as well as designing and implementing the Quality & Food Safety Strategy throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor Quality Assurance objectives and activities supporting corporate business plans and policies.
  • Design and implement the Quality & Food Safety Strategy throughout the site to support delivery of broader business objectives and goals.
  • Develop, implement, maintain and enhance the Quality Assurance System and documentation.
  • Lead execution, design, implementation, improvement and management of hygiene, sanitation and GMP Programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in QA Management in an FMCG business with staff management responsibilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in Quality Systems and Internal Auditing Processes within the Food Manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability including positive interpersonal skills, ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflict and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead a food manufacturing site towards quality improvement and maintain and improve processes.
