Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Middleware Specialist to promote technology solutions and optimize workflow across Australia and New Zealand.

This role involves providing technical support, training customers, and resolving technical issues to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience with installation and technical support of virtual servers, windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.

They should also possess knowledge of SQL management studio, SQL stored procedures, HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing and new projects
  • Analyzing customer IT infrastructure and providing required support for Radiometer IT system installation and operation
  • Imparting training to internal and external customers
  • Maintaining connected and working IT installed systems
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in technical support in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries
  • BS in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with installation and technical support of virtual servers, windows-based software products, and network fundamentals
  • Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell
