Configuration Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to optimizing infrastructure processes and enhancing system performance.

This position involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts, focusing on Smart Reporting, DWP & Smart IT, Dashboards, and Remedy. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and impactful results.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITIL V4 and its application in service management. They will also possess proficiency in using BMCHelix CMDB for configuration management and demonstrate excellent skills in risk, vendor, and incident management.

In addition to the required skills and qualifications, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing change lifecycle processes effectively and showing ability to engage and manage key stakeholders successfully.

The specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations from sources of record/tools to BMC CMDB. They will also design and develop Remedy workflow and code, as well as integrate CMDB with multiple systems using Atrium Spoon and Atrium Integrator.

Other responsibilities include CMDB admin activities such as data load, normalization, reconciliation, precedence rules configuration, and knowledge of CMDB data dependencies with ITSM modules like Change Management and Incident Management.
