Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards, minimizing costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain quality management systems for Australian operations, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with Honeywell standards.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, respond to quality complaints, and implement solutions to reduce product warranty claims and defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review critical documents, participate in technical reviews, and sustain quality initiatives.
  • Conduct incoming inspections for each batch delivered to Australia, making decisions on acceptance or rejection based on quality standards.

  • Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance and Audits
  • End-User Communication and Quality Complaint Resolution
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration and Technical Reviews
  • Quality Sustainment and Improvement Initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Experience with TS16949 and ISO9000
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
