Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and presenting food for cafe, kiosks, and catered events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen section during service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Lead junior chefs and apprentices, fostering skill development and contributing to menu planning and daily specials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook, with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Able to perform well in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
