Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:
    • Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to our guests through education and problem-solving.

    • Continuously elevate the in-store experience by supporting store leadership with projects and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Foster connection in all guest interactions through product education, accurate payment processing, and timely communication on warranties or damaged goods.
    • Support and participate in store events, physical inventory counts, product replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
    • Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.
Requirements:
    • Two or more years of retail sales experience.
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Love to have fun at work, but hold yourself accountable to what is required of you.
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of your impact.
    • Self-motivated, and enjoy problem-solving.
    • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
