Drive organisational transformation by shaping business processes and aligning design with strategic objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to embed business architecture and cutting-edge technologies, creating a more agile, efficient, and customer-focused enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design & Project Leadership: Co-design future-state processes, lead transformation initiatives, and drive consistent design practices.
  • Support business cases and strategic project alignment, coach stakeholders in analysis, and ensure technology initiatives deliver value and align with enterprise goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (desired)
  • Business analysis or project management credentials (desired)
  • Business Architecture certification (desired)
  • 3+ years in Business Analysis/Architecture (Insurance industry experience beneficial)
  • Consulting or project leadership experience
  • Continuous improvement and data analysis skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Proven delivery of transformation projects
