Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email or on-site visits.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to drill rig maintenance and repair.
  • Conduct audits and create reports to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive service success and improve customer retention.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
