Clinical Support Nurses play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to neonates and their families. As a key member of our Neonatal Service team, you will contribute to the education and development of students, graduates, and newly appointed nurses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical support for the neonatal service at Mercy Hospital for Women.
- Mentor students, graduates, and less experienced nurses to develop high-quality clinical skills.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of clinical learning activities across the organisation in collaboration with Nursing and Midwifery Education leadership and Clinical Educators.
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status aligned with public health orders is required.
