We're seeking an experienced Claims Professional to deliver exceptional support and advice to our clients.

As a Claims Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients facing loss and damage to their property. You will work closely with broking teams to achieve favourable client outcomes for claims and underwriting.

This is a dynamic role that would suit someone with a strong background in loss adjusting or claims consulting. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to identify solutions quickly, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assessing losses and damages to determine extent and quantum
  • Accurately identifying premium impacts, risks, and recommended actions
  • Effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide clear and accurate advice
  • Conducting onsite inspections to evaluate losses and property conditions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years+ experience in loss adjusting or claims consulting
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
