The Claims Examiner will be responsible for assessing and evaluating claims to ensure they meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate claims to determine their validity and eligibility for payment
  • Conduct thorough examinations into claims to gather all necessary information
  • Communicate with claimants and stakeholders to clarify any issues or concerns
  • Make informed decisions based on evidence and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of claims assessments and updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, law, insurance)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in claims assessment or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
