We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within the higher education sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilise their expertise in project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, engaging stakeholders, and driving business change. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy, and providing clear project reporting and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project management frameworks to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Manage complex stakeholder groups including academics, researchers, and senior business leaders.
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
  • Apply best practice in change, communication, and stakeholder engagement to support adoption.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering enterprise-wide business and technology projects in higher education or similarly complex environments.
  • Strong capability in business process change, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across academic and business settings.
  • Proven track record in managing vendors, internal teams, and external partners to achieve project outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with collaboration tools and technologies.
