Job Description:

We lead the online learning transformation of many clients and partners through a focus on exceptional learning experiences.

This role is primarily responsible for designing higher education learning experiences, working closely with academic colleagues and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing Effective Learning Resources:
  • Designing effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in higher education areas.
  • Co-designing and creating innovative online learning experiences with subject matter experts and teaching staff.
  • Writing high-quality student-facing material to appropriate qualifications frameworks and industry standards.

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree with experience working in the education sector.
  • Experience Designing Human-Centred Learning Experiences:
  • Experience designing human-centred learning experiences and developing online learning using learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and educational technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • High-level problem-solving skills and an ability to be adaptive and innovative using design thinking.
  • Digital Education Technologies:
  • Experience with digital education technologies, including learning management systems, audio-visual media, and interactive media.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time opportunity open to candidates based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, or Perth.
