**Company Description** Hiya Health **is looking for a high-performing Relationship Manager (Northside) to work alongside our Allied Health Professionals and Centre Managers. This role is to promote our services to a defined area of local referrers for our Northside Allied Health Centres. You will be reporting to the Head of Growth and Partnerships where you will be supported to achieve a targeted approach to the market, driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives while managing new and existing referrers while communicating and collaborating with all internal stakeholders.

**We are looking for someone who**
- Manage and develop current referrer relationships, whilst delivering on current marketing strategies.
- Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.
- Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise.
- Increase revenue to assigned territory in line with the budget expectations.Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers.
- Increase referrer base in line with predefined KPIs.
- Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.
- Achieve revenue targets via the implementation of revenue growth strategies.
- Commercially driven professional and enjoy the buzz of making things happen.
- High level of organisation and work ethic is needed for this account manager role.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence is essential.
- Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential.
- Recent graduate or industry background is desirable.
- Demonstrated account management or relationship management experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare.
- Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card/Yellow Card.
