Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Reports
  • Provide commentary of monthly variances
  • Review general ledger journals
  • Presentation of monthly management reports with commentary
  • Reconciliations
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analysis of monthly reconciliations
  • Monthly adjustments post management review
  • Provide support and guidance to Assistant Accountants as required
  • Invoice Coding
  • Assist with audit requirements
  • FBT - statutory requirements
  • Preparation & lodgment of BAS

About You:

  • Proven Financial Accounting experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments
  • Hands on approach a must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Initiative
  • Ability to lead, mentor, oversee and guide a team of Assistant Accountants
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
