Job Opportunity: Venue Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team and manage high tea events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing client bookings, including face-to-face service and on-floor management of the Front of House Team.
  • Coordinating staff rosters and running sheets for the Front of House team.
  • Assisting with ordering and stock takes.
  • Liaising with staff to facilitate booking enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site event coordination and management.
  • Team leadership and motivation.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Natural ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
