About our network of health clubs:

With 24 hour access, 7 days a week, our national network spans across Australia at 42 locations (and growing). Our gyms feature every aspect of exercise from weights to cardio, swimming or dance, boxing to cycling. We are passionate about creating a inclusive, encouraging and empowering fitness community.

The Role: Fitness Training Coordinator

You will be responsible for supporting personal trainers in achieving financial targets and providing ongoing training and development opportunities. Your key accountabilities will include working with industry partners to ensure sites regionally meet recruitment objectives, delivering local and regional fitness training and managing Personal Trainers to achieve business goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Certificate IV in Fitness required, Personal Training Management Experience desirable

- Demonstrated track record of achieving KPI outcomes and experience as a Personal Trainer

- Ability to deliver effective training and support to achieve desired outcomes

- Sound computer/technology skills and Level 2 First Aid Certificate

- National Police check clearance upon on-boarding
