Job Opportunity: Become a Skilled Windscreen Fitter

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically-inclined individual to join our team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter.

This role offers an excellent chance to start a new career within the Auto Glass industry, with on-the-job training and guidance from our experienced team.

  • Complete a full qualification in 2-3 years through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Be paid based on competency
  • Have the opportunity to continue employment after completing your apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities:

As a Windscreen Fitting Specialist, you will:

  • Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Learn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Perform glass chip repairs
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Work efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn the trade
  • Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face and selling company products
  • A genuine passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Ability to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles
