Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned product development expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-performance fashion accessories.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop products that meet our brand's aesthetic standards. This involves collaborating with our design team to expand our accessory categories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Trend research: Conduct thorough trend analysis, create trend reports, and provide regular updates on seasonal looks that align with our brand identity.
  • Product sourcing: Source high-quality materials and products, including international sourcing trips, to ensure timely market availability.
  • Material sourcing: Identify and source materials and trims in line with seasonal trends and color palettes.
  • Supplier management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through regular communication.
  • Reporting and analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on seasonal development, range plans, and seasonal reviews.
  • Costing and negotiation: Analyze costs and negotiate prices effectively while monitoring margin and profitability.
  • Sample management: Assist with sample development and production for press and sales purposes.
  • Range reviews: Manage and drive range reviews and confirmation processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to achieve common goals.
  • Quality control: Ensure quality and finish of products meet the highest standards.
  • Seasonal calendar: Adhere to all key dates and deadlines within the seasonal calendar.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including dealing with offshore suppliers.
  • A genuine interest and understanding of our brand's aesthetic principles.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to handle a busy and fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
