Senior Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex application issues, identifying defects and discrepancies, and managing incidents across multiple systems. You will work closely with our development teams to improve application stability and performance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive solutions.

  • Work actively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in our production environment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize system performance
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in software development principles and practices, including data structures and object-oriented programming. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development and/or operations
  • Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
