- Salary level: $36.9851/hr + super
- Status: Term Time Fixed Term
The Administrative Support Specialist supports our external presence and internal communications through various initiatives. This role is responsible for managing social media accounts, BCE Connect communications, and the College calendar, ensuring clear, timely, and engaging messaging across platforms.
In This Position You Will Be Responsible For- Providing administrative and operational support and advice on a diverse range of matters
- Developing and/or administering processes and procedures and responding to enquiries
- Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards
- Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support
- Coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements
- Understanding of compliance within an educational institution and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and procedures
Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment. Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
