About Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

You will spend your days providing exceptional customer service at the front office, welcoming guests and assisting with all aspects of their stay. This includes answering incoming phone calls, aiding over the phone and via email, and assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the resort.

In addition, you will assist with general operations of the resort and be on call 3 nights per week covering the Duty Manager's days off and afternoon/night shifts at reception.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Expertise: Outstanding skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Administration Experience: Previous experience in administration is highly regarded, as is experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Strong time-management, organisation, and multi-tasking skills are essential for this role.
