Job Title: Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic/Hybrid Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic/Hybrid Fitter to join our team in Port Hedland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing breakdown, service and planned maintenance support on a range of construction and mining equipment.

  • Perform onsite repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty diesel and hybrid machinery
  • Attend to site breakdowns within Port Hedland and surrounding areas
  • Undertake diagnostic work to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Liaise with customers and internal technical support staff to achieve successful maintenance outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A trade qualification in mobile plant mechanics and relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) trade certifications
  • Experience working with heavy-duty diesel and hybrid equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote areas
  • Excellent technical knowledge and diagnostic ability
