**Sales Engineer - Enterprise Solutions Expert**

Job Description","

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of Ubuntu Pro in large enterprise user bases. This involves working closely with customers to understand their business requirements and providing them with expert advice on Ubuntu and relevant open source applications.

  • Collect customer business requirements and provide recommendations on Ubuntu and relevant open source applications","
  • Identify customer challenges with open source and articulate how Ubuntu Pro can address these issues","
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Ubuntu Pro to prospective and current clients","
  • Liaise with product teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and influence the roadmap","
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve common targets","
  • Travel globally up to 25% of time for internal and external events and customer meetings
","Required Skills and Qualifications","

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in a technical subject, practical knowledge of Linux, virtualisation, containers, and networking, as well as intermediate-level Python programming skills.
