About the Job

As a Therapeutic Youth Worker, you will provide essential support to vulnerable youth, helping them feel safe and build trust. You will also work collaboratively to create structured therapeutic environments and develop individualised care plans.

  • Support young people with daily routines, personal care and activities.
  • Build strong relationships based on mutual respect and trust.
  • Develop strategies to manage challenging situations and behavioural needs.
  • Collaborate with others to deliver high-quality care.
Your Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification.
  • A full Australian Driver's License, First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to work flexibly across a range of shifts.
