Job Overview

  • This role involves maintaining relationships with foster carers and providing them with specialist support in their roles.
  • Developing marketing initiatives to attract new carers and increase awareness of foster care opportunities.
  • Working closely with the therapeutic clinician and other staff members to provide expert advice and guidance to carers and young people.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in marketing and social work, and a Diploma qualification in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining relationships with foster carers and providing ongoing support.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new foster carers.
  • Collaborating with the therapeutic clinician and other staff members to ensure effective support for carers and young people.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
