About the Role:

  • Support and assist with ongoing facility and team-related responsibilities.

  • Provide direction to vendors and service providers to ensure excellent coordination with minimal disruption.

  • Resolve issues related to building services (janitorial, food service, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, furnishings, and equipment).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.

  • Receive and dispatch work requests to technical employees, vendors, and service providers.

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities as needed.

  • Manage conference room reservations and meeting room support as required.

  • Assist with analysis, reporting, and variance research.

  • Support financial issue resolution and cost savings targets.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with complex situations professionally.

  • Ability to multitask and work with competing priorities under time constraints.

  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
