As a senior consultant, you will lead the development of our financial planning software for the Australian market. Your role will be to work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in pre-sales or project management and will possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively. You will also need to have a deep understanding of the financial advice industry and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations for Adviser Software Solution Consultants in the Australasia region to ensure business outcomes are met.

- Facilitate team member growth and achievement of individual and departmental goals through coaching and mentoring.

- Partner with Sales to manage potential opportunities and serve as a local product, implementation, and/or client service expert during the sales and implementation process.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the advice industry to drive strategic engagement and accelerate growth across our portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Perform other duties as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of experience in pre-sales, project management or similar field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively.

- Deep understanding of the financial advice industry.
